PAY
Travelers Pay: 

Taxable - $28/hr on W2

Lodging Stipend - $1,100 weekly

Meals Stipend - $742 weekly

Weekly Gross - $2,850 weeky including stipend

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position - RN-Med Surg / Tele
Location - 133 Old Road to 9 Acre Corner, Concord, MA 01742
Full Time - 13 weeks contract

Night Shift - 7 pm to 7:30 am Every other weekend and every other holiday.

Weekly hours - 36 hours 

EMR - Meditech

Floating possible to similar units
Tele test given on first day of orientation

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric patients with acute and chronic medical conditions.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and overall clinical status.
Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and treatments as prescribed.
Interpret telemetry readings and promptly report changes in patient condition.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care.
Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, procedures, and discharge planning.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
Ensure compliance with patient safety, infection control, and hospital policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENT:
3 years prior MS/Tele experience - Required

BLS (AHA or ARC)

MA RN License
