Distribution Associate - 1st ShiftOur client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Distribution Associate - 1st Shift to join their team. As a Distribution Associate - 1st Shift, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the distribution process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.Location: SOMERSET, PAPay Range: $16.00/hourShift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PMWhat's the Job?Accurately retrieve and pack customer orders using voice-directed warehouse picking system and paper ordersPackage orders ensuring no shipping damage and compliance with shipping guidelinesVerify part numbers and quantities for accuracyOperate forklift, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely and efficientlyCombine stock according to customer orders, ensuring proper packaging and no damageWhat's Needed?High School Diploma or GEDNo prior work experience necessaryForklift certification or prior experience preferredAbility to operate warehouse equipment safelyReliable attendance and punctualityWhat's in it for me?Opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic warehouse environmentTemp-to-hire potential based on performance and attendanceSupportive team environmentConsistent daytime scheduleInclusive workplace encouraging diversity and growth
