Senior Project ManagerResponsible for providing overall leadership for a project or support effort. Accountable for deliverables and developing schedules, milestones, resource requirements, and staffing plans to achieve deliverables. Allocates tasks among team members and assesses team progress toward objectives. Monitors progress, and recognizes and helps resolve technical problems. Serves as the primary point of contact with client technical management. Provides regular status reports and briefings. Assures recognition of project changes and execution of related change control procedures.
