Overview

Heartbeat, Saatchi & Saatchi Health, and Razorfish Health are three distinct agencies with different strengths, cultures, and stories, supported by the scale and capabilities of Publicis Health and Publicis Groupe. We’re looking for a VP of Growth who can help turn those strengths into wins. This person will lead our most important new business pursuits across all three agencies, partnering closely with the Head of Growth and senior leaders across strategy, creative, experience, media, data, account, and agency leadership. You’ll help us quickly get to the heart of every opportunity: What will it take to win? What is the smartest story we can tell? And how do we create an experience the client will remember?

Responsibilities

Lead our most important pursuits

• Partner with the Head of Growth and agency leadership to determine the strategy for winning our highest-priority opportunities
• Synthesize briefs, client intelligence, competitive context, and agency strengths to identify the core opportunity, barriers to winning, and areas requiring greater focus
• Lead senior pitch teams through the critical early decisions: what we believe, what we will solve, how we will differentiate, what we will prove, and how we will show up
• Establish clear strategic direction while enabling strategy, creative, and other disciplines to develop their strongest thinking
• Maintain a view across the entire pursuit, ensuring the work adds up to the story and experience we set out to create
• Serve as a senior sounding board and problem solver, addressing gaps, disagreements, and weaknesses before they become pitch‑day problems

Build the story that sells the work

• Architect pitch narratives that turn complex strategies, capabilities, and ideas into clear, persuasive stories
• Identify the ideas a client should remember and ensure every section of the presentation reinforces them
• Push teams beyond answering the RFP to uncover the larger business opportunity behind the ask
• Shape presentation structures, headlines, transitions, executive framing, and key moments so the experience feels intentional
• Challenge generic claims and familiar agency language, making our strengths more specific, credible, and differentiated
• Help presenters sharpen their content, delivery, chemistry, and confidence

Make every pitch experience better

• Bring fresh thinking to how we pitch, from early client interactions through the final presentation and follow‑up
• Identify opportunities for memorable pitch experiences that amplify the strategic idea
• Help us use data, technology, AI, creativity, and Publicis capabilities to strengthen both our thinking and how we demonstrate it
• Bring inspiration from great selling inside and outside our category into our process
• Maintain a high bar for everything the client sees, hears, and experiences
