Required Skills Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Valid VA medical license CPR/BLS and ACLS certification DEA license Strong clinical skills in obstetrics and gynecology Excellent communication and patient management skills Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting Nice to Have Skills Experience with high-risk pregnancies and complex GYN cases Proficiency in EPIC EMR system Previous experience in hospital-based OB/GYN practice Knowledge of emergency gynecologic procedures (e.g., D&Cs, Ablations) Experience with surgical procedures and clinic management Preferred Education and Experience Medical degree from an accredited institution Minimum of 3 years of post-residency clinical experience in OB/GYN Prior experience working in hospital or birth center environments Other Requirements Willingness to work 24-hour shifts from 8 a.m. to 8 a.m., including at least one week of call per month Ability to pass background checks with no pending or settled misconduct cases Willingness to coordinate with a team of on-call staff, nurses, and backup providers Coverage required in VA, with credentialing expected within 30-60 days Travel reimbursements are billable (gas, lodging, tolls, rentals) Starting date: July 20, 2026 Ready to advance your career and make an impactful difference?
