Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health qualification along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of hiring.
• Maintain active certification throughout the length of employment.
