Journeyman TIG Welder

Roseville Precision, Inc. is looking for an experienced TIG Welder to become an integral part of our team. The right individual(s) should be self-motivated with a strong work ethic, have the ability to multi-task, have good communication skills, and be a team player. They must also understand the common knowledge of working safely. Roseville Precision is proud to offer very competitive pay, on-the-job training, and growth opportunities. Qualified individuals must be proficient in:- TIG, and TIG pulse welding (inert purge), multi-gauge tubing in 304/321 SST and/or Carbon steel.
- Interprets blueprints, specifications, diagrams, or schematics to determine appropriate welding process at a journeyman level.
- Using equipment such as abrasive saws, cold saws, carbide burr grinders, surface grinders, and hand tools.
- Understanding and carrying out detailed instruction both written and oral.
- Inspects completed welds to determine structural soundness.
- Basic math, tape measure reading, fractions, and decimal equivalents.
Day Shift:
- Monday thru Friday 6:00 am to 2:40 pm.
Swing Shift:
- Monday thru Thursday 3:00 pm to 1:40 am Have a three-day weekend every week.
