Responsibilities:

Provide direct care to residents under nursing supervision
Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, feeding)
Document care and report changes in resident conditions
Maintain a clean and safe environment
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff

Qualifications:

Indiana CNA certification (required)
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required
