Manager, Mail Order Pharmacy Distribution

The Manager, Mail Order Pharmacy Distribution processes and dispenses or directly supports the processing and dispensing of Traditional and Over The Counter prescription orders to be mailed to patients' homes and handles complex and/or escalated issues. The Manager, Mail Order Pharmacy Distribution works within specific guidelines and procedures; applies advanced technical knowledge to solve moderately complex problems; receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines approach, resources, schedules and goals. Required Qualifications Use your skills to make an impact 6 or more years of Mail Order Pharmacy or Manufacturing Experience required 2 or more years of management experience Pharmacist License or Arizona Board of Pharmacy Technician License Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $94,900 - $130,500 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
