Brand AmbassadorWe're looking for outgoing, creative, and energetic Brand Ambassadors to help promote our newest Sundae Artisan Ice Cream location in Downtown Denver. Sundae is the place you want your best friend to work.We are searching for a candidate who is:Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with strangersSelf-motivated and can manage autonomouslyCreative with a strong eye for social media contentConfident on camera and behind the cameraReliable, punctual, and self-motivatedComfortable walking up to several miles each day throughout Downtown DenverAble to lift and carry up to 20 lbs for long periods of time using a backpack or totePassionate about food, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiencesCommunity Engagement:Meet daily marketing objectives by traveling throughout Downtown Denver promoting our new store to local businesses and the publicDistribute flyers and promotional materials in approved community locationsAttend and promote Sundae at local events to build awarenessActively seek out conversations with potential guests and share information on Sundae, encourage classroom bookings and drive store visitsHand out samples near or at our Sundae-16th Street flagship locationRepresent the brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a positive attitudeShare feedback on customer interactions, questions, and trends observed in the Downtown Denver community through a daily shift reportContent Creation:Meet daily content objectives by capturing high-quality photos and videos for social media, including seasonal sundae creations, behind-the-scenes production, and staff interactions at the storeCreate engaging short-form content using captured content & submit to marketing department for review (Instagram Reels, TikTok)Research trending audio, content ideas, and viral opportunities & collaborate with the Integrated Marketing Manager on executionDocument customer reactions, events, and tasks completed through a daily shift report
