Occupational Therapist (OT) - PRN Position

At Bradford Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation, we are committed to providing exceptional care and services to our residents. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our interdisciplinary team on a Per Diem basis.

Job Summary

As an Occupational Therapist (OT) at Bradford Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for designing and implementing individualized therapy plans to improve the functional abilities and independence of our residents. Our OTs work closely with our nursing staff, physicians, and other rehabilitation professionals to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive care that meets their unique needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to meet the needs of our residents

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify and address physical, cognitive, and emotional limitations

• Develop and implement interventions to promote independence, mobility, and self-care skills

• Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans

• Provide education and training to residents, family members, and caregivers on proper techniques and strategies for optimal functioning

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapeutic interventions, patient progress, and outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
