About the Role:

Suncoast Decks is looking for a hardworking and motivated Construction Laborer to join our growing team in Clearwater, FL! This is a hands-on opportunity to build beautiful outdoor living spaces while developing your construction skills with a company that takes pride in its craft. Responsibilities:

• Assist with the construction, installation, and repair of decks, patios, and outdoor structures
• Prepare job sites by clearing debris, staging materials, and setting up equipment
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Support lead carpenters and crew members throughout all phases of construction
• Load, unload, and transport materials and supplies to and from job sites
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
• Follow all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company procedures

Requirements:

• Prior construction, carpentry, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50+ lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
• Reliable transportation to job sites in the Clearwater, FL area
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive team-player attitude
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including Florida heat
• Valid driver's license a plus
