CNC Machinist

Location: West Chester, PA
Full-Time | Onsite
Pay Rate: $25.00 - $35.00/hour

Role Overview

A precision manufacturing company is seeking a CNC Machinist to support production operations within a regulated medical device manufacturing environment. This role focuses on operating CNC machines, inspecting precision components, and maintaining strict quality standards while supporting daily production goals.

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC machines within a production environment
Run multiple machines simultaneously while maintaining quality standards
Inspect parts to tight tolerances using precision measuring equipment
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Follow established CNC programs, procedures, and work instructions
Support daily production schedules and output goals
Maintain quality, accuracy, and safety standards throughout production
Assist with machine setups and changeovers as needed

Requirements

1–3 years of CNC machining experience within a production environment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Experience using precision measuring equipment
Experience inspecting parts to tight tolerances
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to work within a regulated, quality-focused manufacturing environment

Nice-to-Haves

Experience within medical device or regulated manufacturing
Experience with Mazak lathes, machining centers, 5-axis mills, or Integrex machines
Experience with Star Swiss-style lathes
Experience supporting machine setups and changeovers

Compensation & Benefits

$25.00 - $35.00/hour

30-day training period on first shift
Shift options include 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and weekend 3x12-hour schedules paid for 40 hours
