To support a growing business accelerator, the full-time Marketing and Content Coordinator will manage podcast coordination, write engaging marketing copy, and oversee video production workflows while working remotely during U.S. Eastern Time business hours. Key responsibilities Coordinate podcast production, including guest outreach, scheduling, and content approval Write scripts and marketing copy for various initiatives, ensuring clarity and engagement for a U.S. audience Manage video production processes, from script submission to final quality control before publication Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or related fields Strong copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills tailored for a professional audience Experience in podcast coordination and video production Proficiency in social media management and email marketing Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and take ownership of the execution process
