\nEffective written and verbal communication skills, including accurate maintenance documentation and technical reporting.
\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
\nWillingness to work compressed, rotating, weekend, or night shifts according to fab requirements.
\n \nPreferred Qualifications
\nAdvanced troubleshooting experience on furnace, wet-clean, CMP, deposition, or related 300 mm process equipment.
\nExperience with equipment automation, wafer-handling robotics, factory-host communication, recipe management, and equipment-control software.
\nFamiliarity with SPC, FDC, equipment-performance metrics, reliability engineering, and computerized maintenance-management systems.
\nExperience leading equipment upgrades, productivity improvements, cost-reduction initiatives, or chronic-failure elimination projects.
\nPrevious responsibility for technician training, technical escalation, or vendor coordination.
\n \nPhysical and Work Requirements
\nAbility to work in a cleanroom while wearing the required personal protective equipment.
\nAbility to stand or walk for extended periods and perform work in restricted equipment spaces.
