Role: Semiconductor Equipment Engineer

Location: Fishkill, NY – Onsite

Experience: 5+ Years

Seeking a Semiconductor Equipment Engineer with strong hands-on experience supporting 300mm semiconductor fab equipment , including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, qualification, and equipment improvement.

Key Skills:

300mm semiconductor equipment maintenance & sustaining
Hands-on experience with 2+ platforms: AMAT Centura, ASM A412/Kokusai, TEL 303i/Indy, SEZ/LAM Wet, AMAT Reflexion LK, Ebara FREX300, DNS SU/SS/FC
Electrical, mechanical, vacuum, pneumatic, robotics, RF, thermal & chemical systems
Preventive/predictive maintenance and complex troubleshooting
Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, MTBF/MTTR improvement
Equipment installation, calibration, qualification, upgrades & decommissioning
Wafer handling, vacuum pumps, valves, sensors, motors, drives and heaters
SPC/FDC, equipment automation, factory-host communication & recipe management preferred
Cleanroom, EHS, LOTO and hazardous-energy experience
Strong vendor coordination and technician training experience
Willingness to work rotating/weekend/night shifts as required
