Principal Engineer - RIE Module Engineering

The RIE Module Principal Engineer is responsible for providing technical leadership and strategic direction for Reactive Ion Etch (RIE) manufacturing operations. This role owns module-level performance across safety, quality, yield, availability, cost, and output while driving long-term technology and operational roadmaps.The successful candidate will serve as the technical authority for multiple RIE platforms, lead cross-functional improvement initiatives, influence capital planning decisions, and develop engineering talent within the organization. The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
