Bilingual Patient Enrollment Specialist

To support patient enrollment activities, the full-time Bilingual Patient Enrollment Specialist will manage outbound and inbound calls to obtain consents, while also providing training and mentorship to the Enrollment team in a fully remote setting. Key responsibilities Conduct outbound and inbound patient calls to obtain program enrollment consents and address patient questions Support onboarding and ongoing training for Enrollment Specialists, providing coaching and feedback Serve as a point of contact for enrollment-related training and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Required qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in patient enrollment or similar patient-facing roles Proven track record of meeting enrollment productivity and quality benchmarks Strong communication, coaching, and mentoring skills Familiarity with healthcare compliance and consent standards Bilingual proficiency is required
