Organizational Change Manager (Hybrid)

Organizational Change Manager Responsibilities Partner with project leads and business sponsors to plan and execute change management activities that enable successful implementation of enterprise initiatives. Design and deliver comprehensive change management plans aligned with organizational goals and methodologies. Assess the people‑side impact of changes to processes, systems, structures, and culture, and develop tailored plans to facilitate adoption. Coordinate and manage change‑related timelines, workstreams, and deliverables to ensure cohesive execution across projects. Facilitate creation of end‑user communication materials, training content, and change‑related collateral to support consistent messaging and knowledge transfer. Advise internal stakeholders on change leadership best practices, providing tools and guidance to build internal change capability. Build and maintain effective change networks to support knowledge sharing, feedback loops, and local engagement during change implementation. Ensure change management approaches align with organizational methodology and leverage internal frameworks for consistency and scalability. Monitor and measure change adoption, engagement, and effectiveness, refining strategies and reporting progress. Partner with internal and external resources, including vendors, to ensure cohesive, engaging change activities. Qualifications BA Degree in Instructional Design, Communication, Education, Business, Organizational Development, or related field, or 10+ years of equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in a change management or learning development role. Working knowledge of adult learning theory and practice, facilitation and training techniques, and application of instructional design methods. Familiarity with change management methodologies such as ADKAR and ADDIE. Demonstrated competence in facilitation and strong content writing skills. Ability to visually design concepts and end‑user material. Experience driving learning solution design through all phases: concept, presentation, design, development, facilitation, evaluation, refinement, and implementation. Ability to create, articulate, and present highly creative pitches to a variety of stakeholders. High aptitude to learn new technology. Optional: Strong project management experience and practical approach to coordinating projects. Optional: Experience with implementation of HR programs and systems. Optional: Experience with project management systems. Optional: Experience engaging with senior business leaders. Team‑first professional with excellent leadership, influencing, and prioritization capabilities. Experience with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online. Ability to travel up to 10%. Location and Travel Hybrid in Denver, CO with preference for in‑office days (Tuesday/Wednesday). The position may also be based in Omaha, NE or Minnesota. Travel up to 10% is required. Compensation and Benefits Annual base salary range: $100,000 - $120,000. Additional compensation includes a 10% Management Incentive Plan (MIP) bonus.
