Territory Sales Manager

Company Summary: A national provider of industrial filtration products and services supporting customers across a wide range of applications and industries. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for: Driving profitable revenue growth through new business development and expansion of existing industrial accounts. Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through proposal development, negotiation, implementation, and account growth. Building and executing a territory business plan focused on strategic account penetration and market expansion. Identifying customer filtration challenges and recommending technical solutions across liquid, air, gas, hydraulic, dust collection, and process filtration applications. Conducting plant visits, application reviews, and filtration assessments to uncover opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction. Collaborating with manufacturing partners and internal technical resources to develop customer-specific solutions. Maintaining accurate opportunity pipelines, forecasts, account strategies, and customer activity within CRM. The Territory Sales Manager should have the following qualifications: 5+ years of outside B2B sales experience Proven success selling industrial filtration products, process equipment, MRO solutions, fluid handling equipment, compressed air systems, pumps, valves, industrial automation, or other highly technical industrial products. Proven ability to hunt, close, and grow accounts within a defined territory. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
