Affordable Housing Compliance Specialist

Real Estate Equities Group is seeking a Compliance Specialist in Saint Paul, MN to manage applicant resident files and ensure property compliance with funding requirements. The role supports lease-up activities, trains staff, and collaborates with the compliance team. The position requires at least 3 years of affordable housing compliance experience, familiar with Fair Housing laws, and ability to travel up to 50% of the time while working on-site at REE sites in the Metro and Rochester areas. #J-18808-Ljbffr Real Estate Equities Group
