Food & Beverage Manager - Full Time
Clubhouse Lounge + Kitchen | 1001 Enclave Boulevard

As a key leader, you'll oversee the operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our hospitality team is well-trained and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall Restaurant Operations: Manage day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and mentor staff to uphold quality service and performance standards.
- Inventory Management: Purchase food and stock to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Training & Compliance: Ensure all team members are trained on proper food preparation, legal alcoholic beverage service, kitchen safety techniques, and health standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Schedule
