We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Technician to join our growing team. If you are passionate about automotive repair, enjoy solving mechanical challenges, and want to work in a modern dealership environment with steady workflow and advancement opportunities, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles
- Inspect vehicles accurately and identify mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
- Complete repairs including brakes, suspension, steering, engine performance, transmission, HVAC, electrical systems, and routine maintenance
- Use computerized diagnostic equipment and manufacturer repair procedures
- Perform multi-point inspections and communicate recommended repairs clearly
- Maintain efficiency and productivity standards while ensuring high-quality workmanship
- Keep accurate repair notes and documentation on repair orders
- Follow all dealership safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians to deliver excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive technician experience required
- Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram experience preferred but not required
- ASE certifications are a plus
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Own tools required
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced service department
