Institutional Equities – Sales Trader

Qualifications:

• 5-20+ years of institutional equity sales trading experience preferred
• Established client franchise
• Strong industry reputation and integrity
• Proven relationship management
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Team approach, including sharing ideas
• Intellectually curious
• Fun/engaging personality

Duties:

• Maintain senior client relationships
• Execute trades and provide insights
• Deliver differentiated ideas
• Represent the firm externally
• Ensure compliance and reporting accuracy

The potential base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $300,000 per year. Additionally, this role is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on achieving performance metrics. The compensation offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis considering a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the skills, relevant work experience, and geographic location of each specific candidate.
