This role plays a key part in ensuring strong curb appeal and a positive living environment for residents by supporting daily groundskeeping, cleaning, and property upkeep.What You’ll DoGrounds & Property UpkeepMaintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the propertyInspect exterior grounds, breezeways, and buildings dailyPick up trash and debris throughout the communityOperate trash compactor and manage waste areasSweep, blow, and/or pressure wash common areas, parking lots, and walkwaysKeep storm drains and exterior areas free of debrisCurb Appeal & Maintenance SupportMaintain landscaping including watering plants, flowers, and shrubsAssist with painting curbs, speed bumps, and other exterior touch-upsReplace light bulbs and assist with minor maintenance tasksSupport maintenance team with unit turns and trash-outsAmenity & Common Area CareClean and maintain clubhouse, office, and amenity spacesMaintain pool area cleanliness and assist with pool upkeepTrack and maintain pool chemical logs in compliance with local requirementsEnsure all common areas are clean, organized, and resident-readyResident ExperienceDeliver excellent customer service while interacting with residentsSupport a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all residentsAssist with posting notices, flyers, and community communicationsAdditional ResponsibilitiesSupport property operations and special projects as neededPerform other duties as assignedWhat We’re Looking ForRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong attention to detail and commitment to cleanlinessAbility to work independently and manage daily tasksBasic knowledge of cleaning tools and maintenance equipmentStrong work ethic and reliabilityAbility to safely use cleaning tools, ladders, and equipmentReliable transportation for on-call or emergency needsPreferred QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrior experience in groundskeeping, maintenance, or property support rolesWork SchedulePrimarily Monday–FridayExtended hours, weekends, and on-call responsibilities may be required based on business needsPhysical RequirementsAbility to walk, stand, bend, and perform physical labor for extended periodsAbility to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs. with assistanceExposure to outdoor weather conditions and maintenance environmentsAbility to safely operate tools and equipment required for the roleWhy Join B.HOM?Competitive compensationComprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision)401(k) with company match12-weeks Paid Parental LeaveCompany Paid Sabbatical Leave12 company-paid holidaysBirthday holidayPaid Time Off — Starting at 120 hours per yearSick and safe timeShort and long-term disability insurancePet insurance optionsCareer growth opportunities within a rapidly growing organizationA people-first culture focused on development and successB.HOM is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
