Key responsibilities include:* Defining the product vision and strategy in line with the business goals.* Gathering and prioritizing customer and client requirements to ensure the product meets user needs while achieving competitive advantage.* Working with engineering teams to deliver functional solutions promptly.* Regularly reviewing market trends and keeping abreast of the competitive landscape to adjust product direction accordingly.* Creating buy-in for the product vision with internal and external stakeholders.* Developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) of the product's success and pivoting strategies when necessary.* Coordinating with marketing and sales teams to ensure a successful product launch and sustained promotion.* Tasks and Duties* The day-to-day tasks of a Product Manager in Manufacturing industry may vary but generally include* Leading roadmap discussions and planning sessions to outline product phases and release schedules.* Conducting user research and usability studies to better understand the customer's pain points and desires.* Collaborating with the design and development teams to ensure product specifications are executed to the highest standard.* Managing cross-functional project teams to ensure milestones are met and the product adheres to budgets and timelines.* Preparing and presenting progress reports and requirements documentation to key stakeholders **SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES** This position has no supervisory responsibilities.## Qualifications**QUALIFICATIONS**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. A master's degree in Business or product management is highly advantageous.* Professional certifications such as Certified Product Manager (CPM) or Agile Certified Product Manager and Product Owner (ACPMPO) are highly regarded.* Experience with product management tools and methodologies, including Agile frameworks.* Strong analytical skills paired with a keen sense of market dynamics and user-experience design.* Proven experience in product management roles, ideally within the Manufacturing industry or similar fields.**COMPUTER SKILLS**Possess excellent knowledge of AUTOCAD.
