Primary Operator

Hartford Healthcare seeks a Primary Care Nurse to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you’ll conduct patient assessments, administer medications, support chronic disease management, and coordinate care across our network. You’ll provide patient education, triage calls, and assist with preventive screenings and procedures.
