Job Description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

Current licensure or eligibility as an Occupational Therapist
Experience or strong interest in providing school-based OT services
Confidence in managing an elementary caseload and addressing the unique needs of younger students
Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
Commitment to fostering inclusion, independence, and participation for all students
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy services to elementary students in both group and one-on-one settings
Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and participate in IEP meetings
Support students’ fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills development for greater classroom success
Educate and collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure therapy strategies are integrated throughout the school day
Maintain clear and timely documentation in compliance with school requirements
Engage with a supportive professional community focused on best practices and student achievement
