Desired Background & Experience:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in educational or pediatric settings
• Confident supporting school-age children with diverse needs, including individual and group interventions
• Proficient in assessing, planning, and implementing treatment strategies for fine and gross motor development
• Familiarity with IEP documentation and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Well-versed in both traditional in-person therapy and teletherapy delivery
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop therapy plans to address students’ unique motor and sensory needs
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based occupational therapy sessions in classroom and virtual environments
• Track student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to the IEP process
