We are seeking a Receiving Clerk on Night Shift (5:00pm - 1:30am) for our client in Brentwood, NY!

Pay rates range is $22 - $23/HR depending on experience plus shift differential.

 

Responsibilities:

• Perform the physical and administrative tasks involved in storing and distributing materials, parts and supplies.
• Ensure security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation, process and procedure verification and system review.
• Analyze and make recommendations on proper material levels, lead cycle counts and correct discrepancies.
• Prepare material that is received in for the Post-Sale warehouse prior to put away.
• Quality checks are performed on all estimated material.
• Estimated material is placed on skids called stages, which can be bulk or mixed, prior
  to distribution to Warehouse locations.
• Verifying delivery arrivals, verifying material and signing into the delivery log for future reference.

 

Qualifications:

• High School or equivalent work experience in Fulfillment Operations
• OSHA licensed machine operation.
• Ability to stand and work throughout duration of assigned shift skills.
• Flexibility in work schedule that is based on Production volumes which could require weekends and holidays.
• Promote a professional work environment and adhere to all Broadridge’s policies.
• Requires standing for long periods of time; stooping and kneeling; lifting to waist up to20 pounds.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
