Job Title: Account Executive, Ticket Sales Department: Rockford IceHogsBusiness Operations Reports to: Manager, Ticket Sales Location: This position is 100% in-person and is based in Rockford, IL. Hours: Standard business hours are9:00 am - 5:00 pm / Monday - Friday. However, all positions require non-traditional hours (nights, weekends, holidays) based on the event schedule. Status: Full-Time, Exempt # Direct Reports: None Compensation: The budgeted salary for this role is $37,500. Role Summary: The Account Executive, Ticket Sales, is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will be a highly energetic and self-motivated individual that will work with the Ticket Sales Team to fulfill annual Season Ticket Member and Group ticket sales strategies. Primary Responsibilities:

• Use persuasive sales techniques to sell season ticket packages, group outings, premium suites and experiences.
• Develop new business and potential customers through prospecting, following up on referrals and networking.
• Present package offerings in person or virtually.
• Engage with fans and customers in-arena during games to provide high level customer care.
• Prospect potential new sales while working game activation activities.
• Build quality fan data through maintaining detailed notes and customer information in sales databases.
• Research latest industry trends to accumulate the knowledge to be a successful sports marketer in the industry.
• Other duties and responsibilities as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• One or more years of professional selling experience is preferred.
• Ability to engage and interact with current and prospective clients and fans.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, fun environment.
• Ability to problem solve and deliver high end customer services.

• Ability to foster a positive team culture, work well and collaboratively with others.
• Demonstrate excellent personal motivation and persistence to overcomes obstacles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in ticketing systems, Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Ticketmaster Archtics and Salesforce CRM is preferred.
