Qualifications and Experience:

• Active California Moderate/Severe Education Specialist Credential (required)
• Experience teaching or supporting elementary students with diverse needs
• Strong knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and accommodations
• Compassionate, adaptive, and collaborative teaching style
• Commitment to creating safe, engaging, and inclusive learning spaces

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement individualized curriculum aligned with IEP goals
• Adapt materials and instructional strategies to serve varied learning profiles
• Collect and maintain accurate data on student progress and needs

• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and team discussions
