Support specimen collection procedures and prepare samples for testing whenever necessary.

Create meticulous records of all procedures, assist in training new team members or interns, and champion the lab's quality benchmarks.

Uphold a tidy and secure workspace while complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification, plus be prepared for ASCP/AMT certification.

Achieve ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.

Maintain active certification throughout your tenure.
