Bilingual Sales Representative

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Telephone Sales Representative will engage with customers over the phone, identifying their needs, recommending products and services, and closing sales while providing an exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound sales calls in both languages Build strong customer relationships through professional communication Meet or exceed established sales and customer satisfaction goals Required qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent Fluent in both English and Spanish Basic computer proficiency and data entry experience Ability to type at least 20 words per minute
