We are seeking a Customer Success Advisor to provide knowledgeable, personalized support to customers throughout their experience with our company. This role focuses on understanding individual customer needs, providing clear guidance, and helping customers identify the products, services, and resources that best support their goals.

The Customer Success Advisor will build strong customer relationships through thoughtful communication, proactive follow-up, and a solutions-oriented approach. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with people, learning about their needs, and helping create a positive and informed customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with customers to understand their needs, questions, and priorities
  
• Provide knowledgeable guidance regarding available products, services, programs, and resources
  
• Help customers evaluate available options based on their individual needs
  
• Explain product and service information clearly and accurately
  
• Provide proactive follow-up to ensure customers have the information and support they need
  
• Build positive, professional relationships through consistent communication
  
• Identify customer questions or concerns and help determine appropriate next steps
  
• Coordinate with internal teams when additional information or assistance is required
  
• Maintain current knowledge of company products, services, processes, and current offerings
  
• Help customers navigate company resources and available support
  
• Gather feedback regarding customer experiences, needs, and common questions
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and follow-up activity
  
• Communicate recurring customer feedback and observations to appropriate internal teams
  
• Support customer engagement and satisfaction initiatives
  
• Identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience
  
• Participate in additional customer-focused programs and projects as needed
  

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of relevant professional experience
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills
  
• Comfortable providing information and guidance directly to customers
  
• Ability to understand individual needs and communicate appropriate options clearly
  
• Strong organizational skills and consistent follow-through
  
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
  
• Ability to manage multiple customer conversations and priorities
  
• Comfortable learning detailed information about products, services, and company processes
  
• Previous experience in customer success, customer experience, client relations, hospitality, account support, or another customer-facing environment is preferred
