About Our Agency: I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a team of 10. Before becoming an agent, I worked for State Farm Corporate. My passion for insurance began after being involved in a car accident, which inspired me to learn everything I could about helping others protect what matters most. Giving back to our community is at the heart of what we do. I serve as Chair of the MDGLCC Women's Empowerment Committee, am an active member of the Miami-Dade LGBT Chamber of Commerce, and our agency is proud to be an NGLCC LGBTBE Certified Business. Role Description

As an Account Associate for Lexi Goza - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
