About Our Agency

I opened my agency in 2000 after working as a State Farm claims representative, bringing firsthand claims experience into agency leadership. I played football at Western Illinois, and that competitive mindset still shows up in how we operate today. Our team includes seven members, and we've built a high-energy, results-driven office that takes pride in being one of the top agencies in Dade. I'm also active in the community as President of the Bay of Pigs Museum, reflecting our commitment to staying involved locally. Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
