Role Description
For over 25 years, Tonya Baker Turner Insurance Agency, known as Turn2Tonya, has helped individuals, families, and business owners protect what matters most. We've built our reputation on exceptional service, trusted relationships, and a genuine commitment to our community. Our culture is built on teamwork, growth, accountability, and celebrating success. Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Cross sell and upsell to earn more money
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Property and Casualty License (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health License (must be able to obtain)
- BI-Lingual Spanish is a plus

State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Compensation: $36,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year.
