Experienced Forklift Operator | Up to $24/hour + Weekly Pay

Please note: Candidates must have 2 years of recent experience operating Reach, Cherry Picker, and sit-down forklifts.

Position: Experienced Forklift Operator


Location: Puyallup, WA


Pay: $23 to $24/hour (Depending on experience)


Experience:

1. 2 years of recent experience in operating Reach, Cherry Picker, and sit-down forklifts. (Required)
2. 2 to 5 years of recent work experience. (Required)

Type: Full-time; Temp to Hire


Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm (Ability to work OT as needed)

What You'll Do:

1. Safely operate sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers
2. Load and unload trailers and containers accurately and efficiently
3. Move, stack, and store products in designated warehouse areas
4. Pull, stage, and prepare orders with strong attention to detail
5. Complete daily forklift inspections and report maintenance concerns
6. Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused warehouse environment
7. Participate in ongoing training and skill development opportunities

What We're Looking For:

1. Minimum 2 years of recent experience operating sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers required
2. 2-5 years of recent warehouse or material handling experience preferred
3. Ability to safely move heavy materials such as flooring and granite using warehouse equipment
4. Strong communication skills with the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
5. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
6. Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
7. Customer service mindset and strong work ethic
8. Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
9. Reliable transportation required
10. Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for 8-10-hour shifts
