Guest Services Agent

We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest ServicesAgent to join our team at our inn, located on beautiful Prouts Neck. The GuestServices Agent will be responsible for managing reservations, checking guestsin and out, and assisting with any needs or requests they may have during theirstay. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills andbe able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Managereservations and check guests in and out using a computerized system Handleguest requests, such as booking tours or making restaurant reservations Assistwith check-in and check-out processes, including handling payments andissuing keys Answerphone calls and respond to online inquiries in a timely and professionalmanner Assistwith organizing and setting up events and meetings Handleguest complaints and concerns with grace and professionalism Performlight cleaning duties, such as wiping down counters and restockingsupplies Otherduties as assigned Qualifications: Previousexperience at a hotel front desk or in a customer service role ispreferred Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills Abilityto multitask and handle a high-volume workload Proficiencywith computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office andreservation management systems Flexibilityto work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Perks: Competitivewages Employeediscounts on hotel rooms and amenities Opportunitiesfor advancement within the company Professionaldevelopment opportunities Positiveand supportive work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
