Residential Appraiser: Field Inspections & Tax Valuation
Durham County
Durham County is seeking a Tax Appraiser (Residential) to assess real property and determine assessed values for tax purposes. You will manage property listings, conduct field inspections, and document appraisals using CAMA systems. The role requires measuring exterior dimensions, reviewing building permits, and handling valuation challenges.
