LOOKING FOR FULL TIME AND PART TIME
The Line/Prep Cook plays a crucial role in the kitchen by preparing ingredients, managing food quality, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation. This position supports the kitchen team in delivering consistent and high-quality meals by following recipes and operating kitchen equipment efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards
- Measure ingredients accurately to ensure consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and properly
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
- Follow recipes and food safety guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in food preparation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Proficient knife skills
- Strong time management abilities
- Attention to detail in food preparation and presentation
- Familiarity with sanitation procedures
- Effective communication skills
