Travel - Interventional Radiographer

We currently have a client in Louisville, KY looking for an Interventional Radiographer (Traveling Interventional Radiographer). The successful candidate will undertake a 13‑week travel assignment with a 4×10‑hour workday shift. Contract type: Contract/Temporary/Travel. Travel location: Louisville, KY. New license reimbursement. Responsibilities Operate radiographic equipment to perform vascular and neuroradiology angiographic and interventional procedures. Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Maintain proficiency in clinical systems such as McKesson RIS, Physician Portal, PCM, PMM, Kronos, PACS, PHS, Teletrak. Monitor equipment performance and ensure specifications are met. Assist supervisors in maintaining supplies for patient care. Ensure exam information is captured at the time of the exam. Assist radiologists in performing exams, providing clinical excellence. Qualifications Proven experience as an Interventional Radiographer (minimum 2 years). Independent decision‑making skills and a solid understanding of patient safety and precautions. Excellent verbal and written communication with staff, physicians, patients, families, and vendors. Ability to work cooperatively with residents and families. Capability to maintain regular attendance and meet local health regulations, including post‑offer health assessment. Physical and sensory abilities (walking, reaching, climbing, bending, lifting, fine hand coordination, etc.).
