The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas. Responsibilities Monitor center training needs to ensure completion of cross‑training and annual re‑certification training Review Quality Control Records Coordinate and perform new employee orientation and participate in the hiring process Manage the production area, motivate employees to meet their performance goals and comply with company quality standards and procedures Consult and refer to management team for escalated donor/employee concerns Counsel hourly staff on operational, safety, and customer service concerns and identify opportunities for continuous improvement Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) certification Frequent bending, reaching, walking, standing for entire shift, lifting to 32 pounds (occasionally 50 lbs.) Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance Prolonged glove wear due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens Compensation & Benefits Location: USA – MA – Methuen. U.S. hourly wage range: $26.40 – $36.30.
