Your Day-to-Day Impact

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and post vital journal entries to accurately reflect revenue and expenses on our monthly financial statements.
• Operations & ERP Management: Manage cash transactions, reconcile bank statements, and align financial data across our core ERP databases.
• Inventory Strategy: Lead monthly inventory cycle counts and collaborate with our operations team to optimize year-end physical counts.
• Payroll & HR Collaboration: Partner with Human Resources and our third-party vendors to seamlessly process bi-weekly payroll and benefits tracking.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Dive into data to investigate account variances, correct entry errors, and maintain the absolute integrity of our ledger.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related business field.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the mental stamina to focus deeply on complex tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently collaborate with team members at every level of the organization.
• Microsoft Excel a plus.
• Eagerness to learn!

This position is based on-site in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. We are exclusively seeking local candidates or those who are fully prepared to relocate to the area prior to their start date.
