Hire Type: Temp-to-Hire Pay: $26–$29/hr DOE Location: Lebanon, PA Benefits During Temporary Period: Insurance (Health, Dental, Vision, Limited Life, Short Term-Disability), 401k with Match (After 1000 hours) Responsibilities: · Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including invoicing, payment runs, and cash applications · Perform vendor and customer account reconciliations and maintain accurate records · Manage daily cash activity, including bank transactions and reconciliations · Process payroll within the ERP system and ensure compliance with regulations · Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations, reporting, and schedule preparation · Assist with sales tax filings, 1099 preparation, audits, and other financial reporting tasks Qualifications: · Previous experience in accounting, including AP, AR, and payroll processing · Strong understanding of general accounting principles and financial processes · Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems · High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills · Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment · Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams Ready to take the next step in your accounting career?
