Exciting Night Shift Opportunity in IMCU!

Job Description:


- Unit: IMCU
- Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM (Note: Block Scheduling is never promised or guaranteed)
- Floating Required: Yes
- Scrub Color: Navy Blue
- Guaranteed Hours: 48 Weekly
- Contract Weeks: 89
- Number of Beds in the Unit: 64 beds / 15 designated Neuro beds


- Common Diagnoses:
- Neuro
- Cardiac
- Trauma
- Respiratory Conditions (e.g., COPD, DKA, Sepsis, MI)
- CV stepdown
- Post-operative patients


- Specialty Equipment Utilized:
- Temporary pacemakers
- Chest tubes
- Arterial lines
- BiPAP
- Neptune Vapo


- Ventilator Experience Required:
- Chronic vents - unable to wean (RT to assist)


- Patient Demographics:
- Ages 18 years and older (Adults)

Submission Requirements:


- Up-to-date resume
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in IMCU/PCU
- Travel experience documentation
- Skills checklist matching specialty
- Valid driver's license with address matching demographics
- Current AHA certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
- NURSYS report for license verification (ACTIVE NY License & ALL RN licenses)
- RTO must be included at the time of submission
- EMR Experience Required: EPIC
