Registered Nurse Cardiovascular Operating Room
Location: Utica, New York

Pay Rate: $2,400 To $2,640 /Week

Contract: 13 weeks

Schedule: 4x10-hour day shifts, variable shifts

Experience: Minimum 1 year required

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cardiovascular Operating Room Registered Nurse for a 13-week assignment in Utica, New York. This role supports adult cardiovascular operating room procedures in a 2-bed CVOR setting with 1:1 patient ratios, call coverage, and floating as needed based on census.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for adult cardiovascular operating room patients
• Support CVOR procedures and perioperative care within scope of practice
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and perioperative team members
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC and support medication workflow with Omnicell
• Float to clinically appropriate areas as needed based on census and competency

Requirements

• Active New York Registered Nurse License Required
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an Associate Degree required
• Minimum 1 year of Cardiovascular OR or Operating Room RN experience required
• BLS/BCLS And ACLS Certifications Required
• Must be available for 4x10 variable day shifts, call coverage up to 7 days per 4-week schedule, and one full weekend call rotation
