Key Responsibilities For The Senior Payroll Specialist Process and support bi-weekly payroll cycles for approximately 1,100 U.S. employees. Maintain payroll operations and ensure payroll continuity during system implementation activities. Execute and monitor SOX controls related to payroll processes. Participate in SAP SuccessFactors workshops, UAT testing, and go-live readiness activities. Collaborate with the accounting team on payroll accounting and balance sheet-related matters. Complete ad hoc tasks & projects as requested. Qualifications For The Senior Payroll Specialist 5+ years of payroll experience. Strong expertise with ADP Vantage (ADP Workforce Now experience also considered). Knowledge of SOX compliance and payroll controls.
