Veteran Housing Stability Navigator

The Veteran Peer Navigator (VPN) at S:US in New York City provides day-to-day support to veteran households, assisting with outreach, engagement and service delivery across all five boroughs. The VPN uses lived experience to guide participants through SSVF services and community supports toward housing stability.
You will collaborate with the SSVF team, coordinate referrals, accompany veterans to appointments, document interactions, and participate in community events.
